Reservation Policy

Once you select your stay dates, you have the option of free cancellation 20 days before your arrival at Kenezakia HOUSES. An advance deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required, starting 20 days prior to your arrival.

The remaining 50% of the accommodation cost is to be paid upon arrival and the check-in process.

Attention: The Advance payment has the role of validating the reservation and without it, the reservation is considered as non-existent.

If for any reason, you decide to interrupt your stay before the predetermined departure date, then you are required to pay the full cost of the planned stay, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of your reservation 20 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. In case of cancellation of your stay during the 20 days before your arrival at Kenezakia HOUSES, you will be charged with 50% of the total cost of the days of your stay, which has already been paid. If for any reason, you decide to interrupt your stay before the predetermined departure date, then you are required to pay the full cost of the planned stay, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
